A U.S.-based multinational industrial company specializing in industrial maintenance solutions and product lines is seeking a high-potential B2B Commercial Leader for an accelerated commercial development program. The program is designed to develop future regional commercial leaders, with direct exposure to operations across Latin America and ongoing collaboration with the corporate headquarters in the United States.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Age between 25 and 31 years old
• Completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
• Fluent professional English / near-native level (mandatory) — able to lead meetings, presentations, and executive reporting in English
• Strong passion for B2B sales and business development
• Analytical mindset, early leadership track record, and strong professional discipline
• Availability for field work, travel, and team management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Train in consultative B2B sales and commercial strategy
• Lead and develop Sales Representative teams
• Manage territories, key customers, and business growth
• Participate in regional commercial projects across Latin America
• Work directly with the Latin America Regional Leadership Team and U.S. headquarters
